The differences between the JAWLINER levels are significant, so choosing the right one is essential:

• Beginner: 70 kg/cm²
  If you are new to Jawline training, we recommend starting with JAWLINER Beginner to gently gain your first experience. Your jaw muscles still need to get used to this new type of exercise. You will also learn the healthy training movement more easily if you apply less force.
• Advanced: 100 kg/cm²
  As soon as you have gained more strength and experience, you can switch to JAWLINER Advanced. At this point, you should already know how to train in a clean and controlled manner and feel a change in your jaw muscle strength.
• Expert: 120 kg/cm²
  JAWLINER Expert is for people with a lot of experience in jaw training. Its hardness is too much for most of us and can lead to overexertion and injury without prior training at a lower intensity.

Take your training slowly. Just like in the gym, muscles only develop step by step and a controlled, clean workout is always better than a hard but sloppy one. That depends totally on your strength in your jaw. If you start with JAWLINER Beginner and have bitten through it after a while, the time is ripe to change to JAWLINER Advanced. Normally you should be able to train with it for 3-12 months.
