Pretty satisfied so far. The Jawliner 3.0 ist made of high quality material and comes with three different difficulity levels. I ordered a similar device from another brand before that was cheaper but very bad material that didn't hold for long. This one is much better.

With all the soft foods in modern society this gum is a must to properly exercise your face muscles. If you are an active person, go to the gym etc. but aren't paying attention to your face muscles, you're missing out! Jawliner is a relatively cheap solution.

I love the simple Packaging and the Design is also totally my taste. The Mouthtapes help me sleep better, are comfortable to wear and easy to remove. Also they hold very good on my face over the night without falling off. Overall i can recommend this to everybody who wants to improve their sleep.
