GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping is done via Deutsche Post AG / DHL
International orders will be handed over to the respective local shipping company at your national borders who then handle the final delivery.

RETURN FEES FOR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment ordered through our online shop cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer — such as non-collection, incorrect or incomplete address, or other delivery obstacles — and the shipping provider confirms the shipment as undeliverable, the following fees apply:
Standard Shipping
A flat fee of €10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking.
Express Shipping
For undeliverable express shipments, a flat fee of €20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Timing of Refund
Refunds will be processed only after the undeliverable package has been received and scanned into our warehouse. Only then will the remaining amount — minus the applicable fee — be refunded.
This policy applies regardless of the chosen shipping provider and is automatically enforced in all such cases.
