- Start: Vask Mewing-ringen grundig før bruk. Plasser den midt på tungen med JAWLINER-logoen ned.
- Press tungen oppover mot den øvre ganen, og form ringen slik at den passer til formen.
- Hold posisjonen i 3 minutter for å aktivere og styrke tungemusklene dine. Dette er den korrekte Mewing-posituren!
- Pause og gjenta: Ta en kort pause, og gjenta deretter øvelsen.
- Øk gradvis varigheten etter hvert som tungen blir sterkere.
- Gå over til den avanserte / ekspert-ringen for høyere motstand når du er komfortabel.
- Tren daglig for å trene tungen til å utøve jevnt trykk på den øvre ganen. Over tid vil du begynne å Mewing uten å engang tenke på det. Når det blir en vane, trenger du ikke Mewing-ringen lenger - du vil være en Mewing-proff!

I am very satisfied with the Jawliner Mewing Ring. It helped me understand how to keep my tongue on the palate, which I wasn’t able to do before. After a few days of use, the position already feels more natural. I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their tongue posture. I am from Slovenia and the delivery was quite fast.

Easy to use website and order process. Product looks and feels like a high-quality product. Just started using it a couple of days ago, so we'll have to wait and see whether or not visible results will be achieved :). One thing was missing in my opinion: a clear and good exercise manual that comes with the produt. There is only a very brief instruction pamflet and thate explanation differs from the instructions found on the website. So that's why I gove 4/5 stars.
The product does exactly what it promises. In some way it changes your face structure. I am a satisfied customer for over 5 years. My friends to whom I suggested this product keep thanking me when we meet. I'll buy a mewing ring in the future. Keep up the good work

My face looks so much different already. highly recommend this brand over others. -Branding is nice, they put a lot of thought into the brand as a whole. -website interface is great, easy to reorder. -Product shipping and packaging is great -Customer service is excellent -Gum and Mewing rings are fantastic Cons: -Jawliner broke in one week because I have very sharp teeth. It snapped and I could have broke teeth. Will have to be extra mid full of every bite. Wish there was a clear warning for sharp teeth if they knew about it. -The warranty process was fine but it didn’t cover a replacement which was upsetting at first but then customer service made sure I was satisfied.

Je n’y croyais pas. Mais maintenant je me rend compte que c’est le seul moyen de muscler sa mâchoire (le mewing ne sert à rien). Acheter d’abord les chewing gum 2x plus dur et ensuite les 10x plus dur (lorsque les x2 sont trop mous). J’avais déjà pensé a acheter des chewing gums normaux et d’en macher plusieurs en meme temps mais au final ca revient plus cher.
J'ai suivis les exercices avec beaucoup de sérieux, tous les jours en regardant des vidéos pour être sûr de bien faire et malgré ça après 8 mois , aucun résultat ou alors ultra discret. Ne vous attendez surtout pas à obtenir les résultats des hommes que vous voyez dans leurs publicités. J'ajoute également que les Jawliners se déchirent vites, du coup il faut les changer très régulièrement. Une belle arnaque selon moi.
Wirklich ein gutes Produkt, Qualität habe ich den Mewing Ring genommen und seitdem atme ich automatisch durch die Nase.
Their chewing gum and rubbers are great, mewing ring not so much. I would recommend just buying the jawliner 3.0 bundle pack if you are on a budget. Also, prices are way too high for a simple product like this. Overall their products are excellent if we ignore the price.

the gums are though but for someone who already did mewing they could be tougher. the tapes are also great. so the products definitely delivers. the experience was a pleasant one. if they could make something that doesn't create waste it would be an overwhelming game changer
