PROPER USE
- Start: Wash the Mewing Ring thoroughly before use. Place it on the middle of your tongue with the JAWLINER logo facing down.
- Press your tongue upwards against your upper palate, molding the ring to fit its shape.
- Hold the position for 3 minutes to activate and strengthen your tongue muscles. This is the proper Mewing posture!
- Pause and Repeat: Take a short break, then repeat the exercise.
- Gradually increase the duration as your tongue becomes stronger.
- Move to the advanced / expert ring for higher resistance once you’re comfortable.
- Practice daily to train your tongue to apply consistent pressure to the upper palate. Over time, you’ll start Mewing without even thinking about it. Once it becomes a habit, you won’t need the Mewing Ring anymore - you’ll be a Mewing pro!

I am very satisfied with the Jawliner Mewing Ring. It helped me understand how to keep my tongue on the palate, which I wasn’t able to do before. Easy to use website and order process. Product looks and feels like a high-quality product. Just started using it a couple of days ago, so we'll have to wait and see whether or not visible results will be achieved :). One thing was missing in my opinion: a clear and good exercise manual that comes with the produt. There is only a very brief instruction pamflet and thate explanation differs from the instructions found on the website. So that's why I gove 4/5 stars.

It snapped and I could have broke teeth. Will have to be extra mid full of every bite. Wish there was a clear warning for sharp teeth if they knew about it. -The warranty process was fine but it didn’t cover a replacement which was upsetting at first but then customer service made sure I was satisfied.

Je n’y croyais pas. Mais maintenant je me rend compte que c’est le seul moyen de muscler sa mâchoire (le mewing ne sert à rien). Acheter d’abord les chewing gum 2x plus dur et ensuite les 10x plus dur (lorsque les x2 sont trop mous). J’avais déjà pensé a acheter des chewing gums normaux et d’en macher plusieurs en meme temps mais au final ca revient plus cher.
J'ai suivis les exercices avec beaucoup de sérieux, tous les jours en regardant des vidéos pour être sûr de bien faire et malgré ça après 8 mois , aucun résultat ou alors ultra discret. Ne vous attendez surtout pas à obtenir les résultats des hommes que vous voyez dans leurs publicités. J'ajoute également que les Jawliners se déchirent vites, du coup il faut les changer très régulièrement. Une belle arnaque selon moi.

Their chewing gum and rubbers are great, mewing ring not so much. I would recommend just buying the jawliner 3.0 bundle pack if you are on a budget. Also, prices are way too high for a simple product like this. Overall their products are excellent if we ignore the price.

the gums are though but for someone who already did mewing they could be tougher. the tapes are also great. so the products definitely delivers. the experience was a pleasant one. if they could make something that doesn't create waste it would be an overwhelming game changer
