How to use JAWLINER Ultra Hard Gum

Warm it up: Place the gum on your molars and warm it up some seconds in your mouth. Gradually increase the pressure as you bite down. If you bite too hard right away, the gum might break. So take it slow and chew in small steps. Within a minute, you'll feel the gum compacting and your jaw and facial muscles working.

[3 min]: Chew slowly  in a controlled manner with increasing pressure.

[2 min]: Chew faster but still controlled.

[3 min]: Rest and chill

Repeat this for 2-3 times

Take one day off: Limit your workout to 15-20 minutes every other day for optimal recovery. Rest days are necessary to benefit from the training effect and build up muscles sustainably!
