- Prepare for Your Workout
Start by washing both JAWLINER pieces with warm water. Place one piece on your molar teeth on the right side and the other on the left. Ensure they are positioned over the last 2–3 molars for maximum efficiency and a healthy training angle. - [2 min] Chew Slowly
Chew slowly and fully all the way down, holding at the limit for 1 second before releasing. Repeat this movement in a controlled manner until your jaw muscles feel fatigued—this should take about 2 minutes. - [2 min] Chew Quickly
Switch to fast, controlled chewing for another 2 minutes without stopping in between. - [2 min] Break
That completes one set—great job! Now, take a break. Repeat this set 3-5 times every other day. If it gets too easy, you can lengthen the intervals, do more repetitions or switch to the next JAWLINER level. - See the Results

Product seems good so far but i needed a bit more info to reference so i could decide which ones to buy the beginner set was useless to me so I need to pay extra for the pro’s once im done with advanced, instead of having both as planned.
Ich werde mir immer nur noch diesen Jawliner Kaufen, weil er stabil in den eckzähnen sitzt und nicht wegrutscht. Ich habe damit einen guten Ergebnis erzielt. Respekt für den Hersteller.

Ho giá preso 2 scatoline (Expert) dovrei prendere la terza (fanno quasi 150€...) ma usandoli regolarmente si distruggono dopo circa 20gg.. Il prodotto è buono e funziona secondo me, ma quasi 50€ per una durata di 20gg si e no, mi girano un pò le scatole...

I'm using the Jawliner now for almost 3 weeks and already see a big difference in the sharpness of my jaw. I'll most definitely continue using the Jawliner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a strong jawline.
It works great, and the before/after images on the website are real. They ask you to take pictures. The only thing is: They promised 50% off, if you rate the product, but even after an e-mail I am still waiting
As you can observe in the pic, the parts broke after a few uses. Really, at such price point the quality of the material is quite bad. The product works, but you could get the same results just by buying a way cheaper product. I will not recommend Jawliner at All! Just buy an alternative product at a cheaper price and save some money.
It is a great product, it has changed my face drastically for the better! And the costumer service is fantastic! You can see that it is a product by their heart!
I am totally satisfied with this jaw trainer. It does the job effectively. I train for 20 minutes every day and i can see the structural changes and i feel more confident and positive. I do this in combination with another remarkable product of them (facial fitness chewing gum). Blending this give real result. I am already using for 3 months. I am going to try harder advanced version of jaw trainer to get even better result.I highly recommend this product.

Very nice how I can feel the jawline muscles working.The Trainer is very durable in comparison to other cheap trainers.
I only recently got it, so I haven’t been able to do the recomended for seeing long term charges yet. However What I do feel is that this product trained more the muscles above the one you mostly think of when you think jawlinemuscle. But I can’t say for sure Claude it could just be that my muscles are a bit weaker than i thought. My guess is that this is due to the pieces being kinda thick compared to a previous product i had
Ojo no te los tragues por que son pequeños pero resistentes y el ejercicio se siente bien efectivo. Me han gustado, no le pongo 5 estrellas por que encuentro que por casi 40 € es muy muy costoso su precio para 2 plásticos con silicona y una cajita.... pero bueno, funcionar funcionan y por ahora no se han roto ni nada escogí el advanced. Al principio el gusto es fuerte de plástico pvc y aconsejo escupir toda la saliva que te genera, sobre todo los primeros usos en los que se sabe que el material pvc larga sustancias poco amigables, sintéticas no compatibles con el organismo, como el pvc solo lo larga al principio estas sustancias, si tu escupes la saliva generada al usarlo durante las primeras veces, entonces no te va a pasar nada y luego ya no sabe mal ni nada 👍Pensaba comprar luego el expert pero he visto que lo han subido 5 € más... ya me pareció caro antes así que ahora como no lo bajen de precio no les compraré más nada hay q ver como se pasan por 2 pedazos de plástico... ni que sea silicona en partes los materiales no cuestan nada te cobran lo que quieren cobrar no lo que vale el producto. Desilusión de momento no les vuelvo a comprar.
Its good. I use it once a day. Ive seen that for some people it breaks really easily. I have been using it for about a week now and its in perfect condition. 10/10 product for me. Also mine came with a free sample of their fitness chewing gum, (5 in a little pack) and they are great. About to order more. Overall very good product, would reccomend.

I was noticing some premature marionette lines on my face due to my natural face frame and full cheeks. I used the jaw liner once a day, for about 10 minutes at least and in two weeks I saw a more defined jaw and decreased marionette lines. Muscle burns fat, so my cheeks are thinner and more defined, thanks to jaw liner, I bought medium and do the exercises with both blocks in my mouth one on either side.
I discoverded Jawliner products on youtube (Killian Sensei). If you want to have a visible and good looking jawline, no secret : eat healthy and work out to lose chubby cheaks, and work your jawline. For permanent muscle growth, expect visible changes within 2–4 weeks of consistent training.
Keep in mind: Muscle growth is more noticeable when it isn’t hidden under a layer of fat. For optimum results, we recommend a healthy, low-calorie, protein-rich diet paired with an active, sporty lifestyle. Not only will this enhance your results, but you’ll also feel great! ;)
We recommend training for 10–15 minutes every other day. Rest days are essential to allow your muscles to recover and regenerate. Only then will the training effect kick in and you will achieve optimum results.
The differences between the JAWLINER levels are significant, so choosing the right one is essential:
- Beginner: 70 kg/cm²
If you are new to Jawline training, we recommend starting with JAWLINER Beginner to gently gain your first experience. Your jaw muscles still need to get used to this new type of exercise. You will also learn the healthy training movement more easily if you apply less force. - Advanced: 100 kg/cm²
As soon as you have gained more strength and experience, you can switch to JAWLINER Advanced. At this point, you should already know how to train in a clean and controlled manner and feel a change in your jaw muscle strength. - Expert: 120 kg/cm²
JAWLINER Expert is for people with a lot of experience in jaw training. Its hardness is too much for most of us and can lead to overexertion and injury without prior training at a lower intensity.
Take your training slowly. Just like in the gym, muscles only develop step by step and a controlled, clean workout is always better than a hard but sloppy one.
