Great product, good stickiness, the nose tapes are the best I've ever used. The mouth tapes work really well too, just have to ensure I shave before bed, or grow out thicker stubble, a day's worth of stubble (for me anyhow) is just prickly enough to cause sticking issues.

I really like them the jawliners. They have helped me regain my capacity for breathing through my nose. I lost the ability over 12 years ago, and after a few surgeries I could still not breathe through the nose. Along with breathing exercises and nasal strips during the night I now sleep a lot better. They could be a bit more durable, but maybe I just have sharp teeth. The customer service is however excellent, and now I'm testing gums instead of the rubber pieces.

I recently ordered the mouth tape, and overall it is a very solid product, with great quality. I was very interested about the glue they use and I have mixed feelings about it. Indeed it is very strong, and has good adhesion even on beard, but actually it is a bit too strong, and very hard to remove (beard waxing?) - the upside of the product that it is very comfortable and sticks very well, but if you have beard or moustache prepare for the morning (life hack: you can use it multiple times and it works just fine 3-4 days in a row). Overall I would recommend the product!

I saw this video from Brett on YT and decided to give it a try just because out of the curiosity. I am already a nose breeder and I don't expect miracles, my jaw is already fine lined, but having a gum that is actually sugar free and gives you a good practice at the same time in these "shakey" times is a good investment, I think.
