  • Step 1. - Start: Wash the Mewing Ring thoroughly before use. Place it on the middle of your tongue with the JAWLINER logo facing down.

  • Step 2. - Press your tongue upwards against your upper palate, molding the ring to fit its shape.

  • Step 3. - Hold the position for 3 minutes to activate and strengthen your tongue muscles. This is the proper Mewing posture!

  • Step 4. - Pause and Repeat: Take a short break, then repeat the exercise.

  • Step 5. - Gradually increase the duration as your tongue becomes stronger.

  • Step 6. - Move to the advanced / expert ring for higher resistance once you’re comfortable.

  • Step 7. - Practice daily to train your tongue to apply consistent pressure to the upper palate. Over time, you’ll start Mewing without even thinking about it. Once it becomes a habit, you won’t need the Mewing Ring anymore - you’ll be a Mewing pro!
